Keep permanent baby bees!
Obtain some honeycomb and toss it at a bee to make it a baby bee... permanently! Once you toss the honeycomb at the bee, the honeycomb will disappear and the bee turns into a baby bee, permanently. Well, not permanently, but for approx 31 real life years assuming 100% uptime. Hopefully you will have another honeycomb if that ever happens and you want it to be a baby bee again... Realistically your world will more likely be lost to time before the bee ever grows up.
