🎈Balloons🎈 Minecraft Data Pack❔ About

This datapack, as the name implies, adds balloons - a universal item that can be used as decoration for your building, and to help you travel around the world, since they weaken mob's/player's gravity when attached to its.

Recipe:
🎈Balloons🎈 Minecraft Data Pack

To fly into the air, the player will need a total of 9 balloons, and a mob will need only 3.

💿 Installation


This datapack is installed like any other. Don't forget to install and enable the resource pack.

❗At the moment, for this datapack to work, you must enable Experimental Features (Update 1.21) when creating a new world. (if you are adding a datapack through the "Data Packs" menu when creating a world, this should enable itself)


🔍 How To Use


Right Click...
  • ...on ground with item -> Place balloon (immediately attached to the player).
  • ...on balloon when attached -> Unattach balloon.
  • ...on fence when attached -> Attach balloon to fence.
  • ...with Shift on mob when attached -> Attach balloon to mob.
  • ...on unattached/attached to fence/mob balloon -> Attach balloon to player.

🛠️ Compatibility

❔This datapack should work in multiplayer (not tested).
❗This datapack may have problems with other datapacks/mods that somehow change pigs and slimes.

⚙️ Optimisation

I tried to do normal optimization to the best of my ability, but, unfortunately, it is not ideal.
I highly do not recommend placing more than 50-100 balloons, as this can cause a decreasing TPS on even medium/powerful PCs.
