Optimized the pack by only passifying mobs that haven't already been, as well as fixed the pack format.

the iron golems wont go after the mobs but the mobs will go after the villagers and that breaks some of my mob farms

this seems to have broken my villager converter? the zombie just wont go after the villager.

No mobs go after each other.

I think this breaks piglin bartering - for some reason they are no longer attracted to gold and don't pick it up.
