In this datapack, all mobs (but the enderdragon) are passive. This includes neutral mobs that would only attack under certain conditions.
The wither is also passive, but keeps its natural behavior of randomly shooting bombs and breaking through blocks, so the wither will still cause damage to blocks.
Once you download the datapack, just place it in the datapacks folder of your Minecraft world and it will start working. Do Not Unzip The File.
If the datapack doesn't work once you put it into your datapacks folder, type /reload in the Minecraft chat and it should start working.
