You dig a 3x3 hold down
if bedrock is under drill cost is 9 gunpowder
if not bedrock cost is 1 gunpowder
will not break bedrock into the void
Admin can disable or enable Crafting or give
/function bb_drill:00_admin/enable
/function bb_drill:00_admin/disable
/function bb_drill:00_admin/give
If out of Gunpowder it will go back to players inventory
only 12 can spawn in world at once
