This datapack makes it so that when cakes are broken they drop cake slices, which can be eaten like normal food. You can also pick up cake with silk touch. Both of these features can be toggled by using /function cake:settings.
The datapack requires a resource pack for the cake slice texture, but can be used for just the silk touch cake without the resource pack.
