Better igloo

This datapack makes igloos better, rare, with good loot.
The vanilla ones is like rare but... not so cool stuff with it...
Then i though, why don't make igloos better... (idk if is vanilla friendly, but i've done "better igloos" already)
This datapack also add a way to get custom heads
