Better Phantom Spawning allows the player to adjust at what level the player must be in order for phantoms to spawn. Default settings for this datapack double the vanilla y limit (y=64 to y=128), but the player can adjust this value to their liking with the following command:
/scoreboard players set $limit phantoms.y_level <value>
/scoreboard players set $limit phantoms.y_level <value>
Additional Notes
- Setting the limit below 64 does not enable phantom spawning below y=64
- The vanilla criteria for phantom spawning is still in effect, however installing this datapack to an active world will essentially reset the 3 day counter for all players in the world
- You can uninstall the pack with the command /function phantoms:uninstall
