Better Spawning

Tired of spending hours hunting Endermen to finish your End Portal? Wanting to use leads and sticky pistons without building a mega slime farm in every world? Wanting to see more in the Nether than just zombie pigmen for miles?

Without significantly changing the Minecraft experience, Better Spawning simply adds a few extra rarer mobs (shulkers, wither skeletons, endermen, etc.) into the game to limit the tedium of searching for them.

The code is also simple enough to be tweakable if you want to see even more rare mobs or just aren't interested in the extra ghasts (fair point, fair point).
