Better Vanilla is a datapack making vanilla minecraft EASIER! By including MORE recipes and easy to get items! although not very easy!



To use this datapack

Create a world

Then press Windows and R at the sime time once something shows up type in " %appdata% "

Then press on .minecraft and saves then go to the world name that u named it

Then press on the datapacks and drag the folder in there and it should work! there are many other ways but of course this one is the easiest to explain out of all!

@HitchyHere Hey I noticed that you added in a crafting recipe for chainmail using the chains we got in 1.16. But the thing is, a single chain costs more than 1 iron ingot to craft, which makes no sense because chainmail is weaker than iron armor and shouldn't use up as many resources as it. I remember seeing another "more recipes" datapack that changed the crafting recipe for chains to just 3 iron nuggets, rather than 2 iron nuggets and 1 ingot like in vanilla. It should be simple enough, so could you maybe do that? I'm asking because that datapack hasn't been updated and I want something similar to it but with 1.17 and 1.18 recipes.

In my opinion, the trident crafting recipe is too easy; you should add a heart of the sea between the iron and the sticks! :D
