Blasting Ingots

Datapack that modifies blast furnace to produce ingots instead of nuggets when blasting tools/armor. Also added iron bars to the list so they produce an ingot when blasted. Increased time to blast items so it burns one coal per ingot. Also increased experience received when manually removing ingots from this process.

This datapack should work fine on 1.17 as well. It just complains that it's made for a newer version of minecraft.
