This datapack is simple & easy.

to "craft" the breakable block :
sneak & put on the ground one tripwire_hook
wait a couple second and the tripwire_hook will disapear.

now th block below the old tripwire_hook will be a trap !
go away from it while sneaking otherwise you will fall in the trap !

One question, can hooks destroy obsidian? Or the bedrock? I don't know if you understand what I mean
