1.to get through the ad wait for the big skip button to pop up(do not click anything else)

2.click the skip ad button(don't click anything else)

3.when it pops up saying to allow them to send you notifications press allow(soon you will deny this)

4.after that you should go to the mediafire page to were you can download the data pack!
