Welcome to the corrupted lands data pack. This data pack is going to make the nether biomes come out and corrupt your world, be careful since once it starts its going to keep going although your sacrifice might lead you to some ancient debris if you're lucky enough if not, well all your ores will be as good as soul sand...

*CURRENTLY BROKEN*

Instructions:
-Download the file
-Unzip it
-Check which version you would like to use (normal speed, 2x speed, 5x speed or 100x speed) this defines how quick the corruption is going to spread, default it 3 blocks per minute
-Go to your .minecraft folder
-Click on saves
-Go to the folder of the world you want the data pack in
-Go to data packs and paste the corrupted lands file of your choice
-Get a crimson fungi, a warped fungi and a diamond and craft them together
-Congratulations your world will now start the spread of these biomes on two random spots as well as wherever you called for them
-To see where they are check the chat, it will tell you where the warped and the crimson began
Have fun!!
*IMPORTANT NOTE*: The corruptor item must be crafted in the overworld

-Added the worldwide spread variant. This variant makes it so it spreads faster and in a much bigger area.

I thought about it, but vines work on the side of blocks while weeping vines work on the bottom of blocks so unless I was able to move them or sth it would be kinda hard to do and I’m pretty new with all this command block stuff

I think this would be cool but as a mini game and you have to beat the game before your world get's engulfed... just an idea

i dunno how laggy could it get if i allow it to spread everywhere but its definetely a cool idea

well does it get laggy when you use it now??? because it shouldn't make a difference also for the speed isn't it possible to use a function which sets the speed... I have something that works like lives to set the lives in my limited lives datapack

It doesn’t lag, at least not in the current settings and you can change speed by using /schedule and setting it to loop on itself

Oh, It just seemed like you had different speeds set to different datapcks in description that's all sorry
