1) Datapacks with only one crafting (A.K.A. made with a website and low effort) are against planet mc rules

2) not balanced at all, at least add a way to get your bedrock back when you place it(like a carrot on a stick that destroys the bedrock and gives it back)

I didn't know about 1.2 will allow you to break another bedrock and this will break the essence of the game.

the datapack (even if its just for fun) breaks the essence of the game just by existing, why would you craft bedrock like wasting 8 netherite blocks for one that you cant even get back so if you misplace it its a one-way ticket to hell

That may sound cool, but that would be way too overpowered, and I think that if the recipe gave you that much, it would be like cheating.
