Crafting Rebalanced is a datapack that makes crafting recipes more balanced and fair. There tons of new recipes that have been added and some that were changed!
All of the recipes:


  • Bells are craftable
  • Saddles are craftable
  • Name Tags are craftable
  • Rotten Flesh can be smelted into Leather
  • Iron/Gold armor and tools can be smelted into ingots instead of nuggets
  • Diamond armor and tools can be smelted into diamonds
  • Nether Wart Blocks can be crafted into Nether Wart
  • Jukeboxes require a Note Block instead of a diamond
  • Planks can be crafted into 16 buttons
  • Stairs are crafted with 3 planks and outputs 3 stairs
  • The Stonecutter acts as a Woodcutter
  • Trapdoor recipes give 6 instead of 2
  • Quartz Blocks can be crafted back into Nether Quartz

Hey, maybe doors and trap-doors should also change : crafting doors could only give 2 instead of 3 (cause 3 is weird), and trap-doors could give eather 4 or 6 ?

Quartz blocks cannot be undone in vanilla, so having it give back the 4 quartz would be good.

And juckboxes actually have diamonds needles in real life, maybe you should put something else sharp in the recipie instead of diamonds ?
