This datapack allow you get the ingame hours (under the 24h format), displayed using a bossbar at the top of your screen, if you have a clock in your inventory.

You can uninstall the datapack using the command :
/function bclock:uninstall

is there a way to toggle to a 12 hour clock? because this es exactly what im looking for just don't want to have to translate 24 hour clock to 12 hour in my head constantly
