    this one actually needs a resource pack unlike my other data packs. This data pack adds dio brando's stand "the world" to Minecraft you can stop time basically teleport and shred your enemies health with a barrage. If anything seems wrong use /kill @e and then try using /reload. It doesn't have all the abilities because it was very annoying to code so i kind of gave up on it so i decided to just release it like this.
