Disabled End

This datapack disables the end dimension by simply preventing players in survival mode from igniting end portals, players in creative mode can rebuild the portal so it can be ignited to open a doorway to the end dimension.

This works by flipping 3 of the portal blocks in such a way that they no longer close off the end portal build when a survival mode player uses an ender eye, this effectively permanently disables that portal if any survival mode players try to light it, requiring someone with admin powers to go into creative and fix/light the portal.
