This is a simple datapack, which allows you to create pairs of teleporters.
Has 30 channels.
Supports custom portal names.
Doesn't need any resousepacks!
Step 1:
Rename a nether star (optionally).
Step 2:
Throw 15 ender eyes with renamed nether star on carpet or pressure plate or moss carpet.
This will create a portal, named as nether star (default is "portal").
Channel is a type of carpet or pressure plate or moss carpet, you used.
Step 3:
Create second portal (Step 3) in your destination place.
Step 4:
Sneak on your brand new portal to use it.
