Easy Paths | Map Maker's Toolbox

Give mob's pathfinding and following with just 1 easy command!
This pack lets you pick an entity and make it pathfind to a certain block or to a designated player/entity. The 2 main methods are new_path which makes it go to the stored block location and new_follower which makes it follow an entity, like an NPC.
Benefits:
- Super lightweight
- Can do as many at same time as you want
- Easy to use and adjust behavior
Drawback:
- If the path is obstructed it stops immediately
- Cannot do maze type pathfinding greater than 40 blocks, if bigger it will rely on an estimation system
- Uses Wandering Trader so subject to change in pathfinding behavior

1) Download the .zip
2) drag it into your .minecraft/saves/(world_name)/datapacks folder
3) Unzip the file
4) make sure when you open the folder u first see a "data" folder
