This datapack allows you to open a shulker box without placing it down. Just hold the shulker box in your main hand and it will appear in a minecart in front of you, allowing you to quickly access its contents without having to place it.
You cannot put shulker boxes inside of shulker boxes with this method.
I could have made the minecart invisible, but that would have required a resource pack and so would have made installation a lot less convenient.
I am aware many other datapacks exist to do this too, but all of them have slightly different methods of doing so. This is what I feel is the most vanilla and least intrusive method of doing this.

But it's preventing player from placing down shulker boxes cus of the floating minecart shulker in front of the player :|
Alternatively, use a dispenser.
