Hi everyone!

Ever wanted to have your very own EverSource chicken, like in Minecraft StoryMode? Well, now you can. It's been updated to work with all the new mobs added in 1.21.9... You can obtain 1 by either a random hatch from a chicken egg (legit), and/or you can get a free one when you 1st load the datapack. You can have multiple EverSource chickens at once, to massively produce the Spawn Eggs!

Updated the pack to version 1.21.9! Made it also that the Eversource Chicken can work well with direct hoppers! Also, added all Spawn Eggs that have been added since previous version!

Hatching eggs has a 1/1000 chance of spawning the chicken.
Also, if you allow commands, you can do: /function eversource:give
This will give you and EverSource Spawn Egg

It's not working, I tried in 1.19 even accelerating the tick speed, the spawn eggs are almost never born, and when they are born, only the normal egg is born and not the spawner one, there is probably a bug happening

It only happens to an actual Eversource Chicken. Not any Chicken, and not one that you named Eversource. Only 1 that is generated correctly. Also, the Eversource Chicken cant be directly in a hopper, the egg needs to exist in order for it to be revealed as a spawn egg. Lastly, increasing tick speed has pretty much no effect on certain game events, like eggs appearing by Chickens. Also, just making sure, did you /reload, and get my message saying that the pack was loaded? If not, then it wasnt loaded correctly.

I know this is a long shot but is there anyway to change the speed at which the eversource spawn eggs? Like with an NBT tag or something?

It's all tick based. So increasing your tick speed, will increase the drop rate.
