This datapack is vanilla minecraft but with one twist... The world border. The world border starts out small, and in order to get it to increase in size, you must feed a 'well of sacrifice' items, when you have fed it enough items, then the world border will expand.

you start off with only one guaranteed tree, and are forced to work within the confines of your border, this pack adds two new recipes, one to get a 'well of sacrifice' which allows you to expand the border, and a 'research table' which shows how much the item you are holding is worth to the well of sacrifice.

this is built with multiplayer in mind! so be sure to invite your friends along for this ride too!

Great idea but I was wondering if I can set it to start with just 1 chunk?

Unfortunately, there is no current way to do that, i can work on a future way to set the starting size through the datapack, however at the start of the world you should be able to just set the world border to whatever size you want using /worldborder set 16, granted you need access to cheat commands to do this
