A really simple explosive arrows datapack I made. Can be enabled and disabled with /function explosivearrows:enable/disable.
I wish I could have found a way to make the creepers that exist for one tick to make the explosion invisible, but sadly that would mean that the creepers would leave behind an area of effect cloud, and I can't find a workaround.
