IMPORTANT! The speed boost will only work if the rails are placed on a block wich you can use a pickaxe to break like stone, bricks, stone slabs redstone blocks or anything else that you can use a pick to break faster. That also makes this datapack minecarts super good in caves and mineshafts. The minecarts will only go fast if a player is inside them, for lag reasons.

This datapack makes all minecarts as fast as elytras wich makes for a more early game and overall great and cheap traveling method.
