Fiat Lux - Craftable Light Blocks

This datapack does exactly what it says on the tin: it adds a crafting recipe for 1.17's new Light blocks. The recipe was chosen because it seems logical and fits the internal lore of Minecraft (we got a mob whose ink could make signs permanently glow, so why can't it make a bottle permanently glow?).

Light blocks are a bit tricky to use in survival because they're designed for map-makers, but they're not impossible to use. And surprisingly, they don't seem out of place in vanilla survival (in my opinion).

In any case, this was a popular request from the players on my SMP, Kamacraft, and they were very happy to have it added.
