    Hi everyone!

    Welcome to my Fish Trap datapack! In this pack, I've added Fish Traps, which when put in water (must be under at least 1 block of water) fishes for you. Fishes as though you are using a regular fishing rod, but works automatically!

    Made compatible with OP Fishing!

    Make sure to download the resource pack file as well!

    Leave the Pack Zipped In Your Datapack Folder! No Need To Type: /reload as this pack will auto load on it's own!

    Sire Solo Playing in 1.21.7 with latest version of this datapack and it's still not working at all. I place the fish trap down in water and it does absolutely nothing and messing with commands doesn't seem to help

    Could be lits of different things. For starters, did you get a message from me in chat saying that its loaded? If not, then you didn't install it correctly, or you might have another datapack/mod that's clashing with this 1. It worked as intended for me. I need more details, to see if I can help you along.

    Sire Solo I did get a message in chat saying that its loaded. I am using a purpur server with plugins and I was wondering if maybe something like luckperms might be somehow blocking your datapack, though it's a bit of a stretch.

    It could be. Like I said, it works as intended on regular, non-moded/plug-in worlds.

    Sire Solo Update: So its not any conflicting datapacks, I was able to get this to work just fine in a regular singleplayer world with the exact same datapacks. The only 4 plugins I'm using are WorldEdit, LuckPerms, Minepacks, and PvPToggle. I'm gonna try to create a test world to see if it's one of these causing the issue. Also could we move this conversation to discord or something to make things easier?

    Sire Solo Ok somehow the plugins aren't causing it either?!?!?!?! In the test server with all plugins installed it was working fine despite literally almost everything being the same as the server I am having this issue in. Like I can still craft the fish traps and place them down, everything about this datapack is working EXCEPT it's ONE intended function. I'm genuinely losing my mind here

    Sire Solo I've noticed that this datapack tends to not consistently work. Usually it takes multiple tries of destroying and re-placing the fish traps to finally get them to work. However now it's not working at all in 1.19.4. This is how I have it set up. ibb.co/Dp1FMJL I've tried using the "function" commands but had no luck.
