Earlier I released a weather datapack, but the floods feature turned out to cause lag and world damage. Some people liked it, though, so I am releasing it as a separate datapack.
That said, expect lag and world damage.
Flood water will cover surfaces up to 6 blocks above sea level. This includes basements.
Now, you can control the speed and size of the flood, and you can stop it at any time.
Here are the commands:
/function floody:start (starts a flood)
/function floody:stop (stops a flood)
/function floody:chance_none (floods will not happen automatically)
/function floody:chance_low. (small chance of floods happening automatically)
... medium
... high
/function flood:speed_low (water will slowly fill up low areas)
... medium
... high
... crazy
/function flood:size_small (water will appear in single blocks)
/function flood:size_medium (water will appear in 2X2 blocks)
... large
... yo_mama
