This is an incredibly simple datapack that allows goats to drop raw and cooked mutton in the newest 1.17 release. I don't know why this isn't already a feature but it helps a lot and just makes sense.

I really don't understand the vanilla logic, goat gives milk but NO MEAT or MUTTON? South Asia needs a special conference with Mojang's f*cking stupidity!
