This is a very simple datapack. When you cast out a fishing rod, and the fishing rod's hook sinks into a block, it will pull you to the spot where it hit, making the fishing rod a grappling hook. When you are within a block of the fishing rod's hook, you get slow falling, making it great for saving your self from falling hundreds of blocks, also makes it a bit safer to use. That is it!
