You can find a Grappling Hook inside end cities. You can right click it to shoot it out like a fishing rod. When you cast out the grappling hook, and the grappling hook sinks into a block, it will pull you to the spot where it hit, making it a great grappling hook. You can also hit mobs with it and pull them towards you.
