📍 Homey – Waypoints Made Easy (Minecraft 25w20a Snapshot Datapack)

Homey is a datapack for Minecraft 1.21 snapshot 25w20a that introduces a full in-game GUI waypoint system using the brand new command!/dialog

Set custom waypoints, name them easily, and teleport across your world — all through a user-friendly interface. Great for survival and multiplayer!

✨ Features
  • Create custom waypoints anywhere in your world
  • Name waypoints using an in-game dialog box
  • Teleport via a clean GUI menu
  • Designed to be multiplayer-compatible

📦 How to Use
  1. Launch the world and run /reload
  2. Run (if you weren't in the world when the previous command was ran)/function homey:register

🕹️ How to Use

  Set a waypoint:

/function homey:waypoints/add
  Open the waypoint menu:

/function homey:waypoints/show_waypoints

⚠️ Warnings

In order to be able to run the commands the player needs the correct permissions

Did you run /reload before running /function homey:waypoints/show_waypoints. I've updated the datapack because the register function was missing but with /reload it should still work

Currently this is a proof of concept and I have no plans of updating it to use triggers (since mojang keep changing things around and this is still a snapshot) thats why I added the warning at the end

This is made using only minecraft commands. Currently there is no way to add new commands so I believe what you're asking currently is impossible
