If you're a builder you know how much of a pain it is to only have nine slots in your hotbar, especially when using a lot of different blocks. This datapack aims to solve part of this problem by letting you rotate your inventory. And so you can change your hotbar to contain whatever you need. You are now also able to rotate only one column at a time to keep your hotbar clean.
But how does it work ?
It is really simple : you only have to cycle through your hotbar and doing so, your inventory will rotate.
Your inventory will go upward one row if you pass from slot nine to one and will go downward if you go the other way around.
To change how the pack behave, just use the following command
There are currently 3 modes available : disabled (Mode=0), enabled when sneaking (Mode=1) and always enabled (Mode=2).
If anything is not clear enough please ask me in the comments.
The column rotation is triggered when you really briefly sneak (I mean really briefly, just hit your sneak key). Doing so will rotate the column you are selecting downward.
You can toggle it by using following command :
What's next for this datapack ?
I plan to add more content to this datapack later on. By the way, it was inspired by Xisumavoid's Inventory Update video. I will probably implement some other stuff from that video. And if you find any bug or want to improve something, please tell me in the comment, so it can benefit others as well.
Compatibility and Licensing
This datapack should be compatible with any other as long as the other datapacks don't modify the yellow_shulker_box loot table (except the ones respecting MC Datapacks conventions).
This work is placed under CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 license.

Note that if your server is a bit laggy, you may not be able to use this functionality. I'm sorry but it is as it is.What's next for this datapack ?

Is your world at least 256 blocks tall ? Cause I need to place a shulker_box at y level 255.
I should have properly tested it
On what version did that happen ?
Does it also happen when scrolling without sneaking ?
Was the column rotation option toggled ?
Does it happen when scrolling to right and left ?
I'll try to replicate what could have happened...
