THIS DATAPACK WAS MADE FOR 1.16.5. I HAVE NOT TESTED IT IN ANY OTHER VERSIONS.
This datapack swaps each dimensions terrain generation with another.
Overworld = Nether terrain generation.
Nether = End terrain generation.
End = Overworld terrain generation. (Technically Amplified)
I could not get all structures to generate properly in their new terrain. So Trees, villages, desert temples, shipwrecks, other surface based structures will generate on top of the roof and not down in the playable area. There are a few water lakes that peek below the bedrock though, so you may get lucky and find an entrance up to the top!
So because of that, I added a few new "ores" to the overworld to make it a little more playable. Including veins of glowstone to help you see, and oak logs since there are no trees.
In the Nether, there are more islands out beyond the main island. So if you're brave enough, you can make a bridge to go explore!
In The End, I could not figure out how to get the exit portal to spawn. So unfortunately you will be trapped in The End until death. If I learn how to fix this, I may come back and update this pack for that.

Edit: Nevermind, I can just delete the other worlds in the file. Can you make trees spawn in the overworld though?
You could detect if the dragon is dead, and if she is, run a function that places the portal structure at 0,0
and if shes not dead, place an empty portal structure
YOU could try it :D
