Makes every creeper explode invincible. The pack format is 8 for 1.18 - 22w03a. I was testing this on 22w03a, and while testing, I notice that the creepers can get hurt by TNT explosions. I did not check if it is the case for other explosions but i'm sure creepers can get hurt by all explosions. Mobs that are invulnerable getting hurt by explosions may be a bug.
