In this data pack, I made the invisible light blocks survival-friendly by adding crafting recipes for all the blocks.
To craft all you have to do is put one one glowstone dust and a glass block to get level one. If you want the other levels up to level eight just add just add one extra glowstone dust per level for level 9 and above you need a you need one glass and one glowstone block . For light level 10 to 14, you just need one glass, one glowstone block, and one to five glowstone dust depending on the level you want. For light level 15, the recipe is a shaped recipe: one glass surrounded by 8 glowstone blocks.
