    Turns warped signs into iron signs. I ported the signs from 1.RV-Pre1 to 1.19-exp1. Since there wasn't any way to make it a custom block or if I could know how to make them like the other signs, I just replaced 1 of the signs. I didn't know what the pole was made of so I took a guess and chose flint to be the pole in the recipe.
