This datapack changes all villager houses back to their old concepts with some adapatations to better fikt the new structures. This daatapack shouldn't affect any mods in any way since it also contains chests with the same loot tables they used to have on the current versions of the game. I've simply overhauled the buildings itself.

I thought about making those use their respective wood types, but they just didn't exist back then and used the same oak wood, but i could make a separate version some time

There's another classic villages datapack that gives you several options as to whether to have grass or gravel paths and/or workstations. I think this pack could benefit from that kinda customization. I'd so download this if it let me choose whether villages have their respective wood types or not.

I'll make sure to consider this. I'm currently re-creating the old battle tower structures. When i get back to this datapack i'll definately add in a few more choices for people. Thank you for the feedback !

It would be need if there was a pre 1.10 (the current pack) and post 1.10 (different wood types, grass path instead of gravel)

maybe add a variant to either grass path or gravel to respect beta age of Minecraft Villages back in beta 1.8 or 1.9
