Leon Totem allows you to modify the structure of the totem of undying and infuse it with voodoo magic! So when you are at the edge of death, LeonSBU will take your place so you can live to die an other day.

You create the item by renaming a totem in an anvil to "LeonSBU" and droping it on a bone block
