The normal gamble is by placing diamonds in any one slot of a crafting menu. This will give a few results....

High Chance: 0 Diamonds per Diamond
Medium Chance: 1 Diamonds per Diamond
Low Chance: 3 Diamonds per Diamond
Very Low Chance: 10 Diamonds per Diamond
