Here a couple tips for a gameplay:
1. not all bloks have effects only 30 gives you effects if you stand on it
2.if you spawn in a desert start a new world ;)
3.liquids blocks have also effects
4.it can be a little more difficult to find the end portal so feel free to go in spectetor mode
5.do whatever you want
6.Have fun (:
