In this datapack you can RIDE Goats.
How To Use This Datapack.
To use this datapack what you have to do is type the command "/function passive:goat" than a goat will spawn. Now enter the minecart. Now you can ride the goat :)
Minecraft, But you can ride AXOLOTLS

How To Get Rid Of The Minecart - But still ride.
To get rid of the minecart put on the texture pack called "minecarts" which you can download on this page!
