Hello! This is pretty self explanatory. Just apply the the pack into your datapack folder. Then, Run the command '/function potion:start'. It should start right away.

This is not random--was real excited to use this in a video but all it does is go through a predictable list of potion effects. Your random TP also does not work and consistently TPs to the same location.
