Mineral Portals is a Datapack for Minecraft 1.19. It adds the possibility to make portals out of Copper, Diamond and Emerald. These portals have different functionality dependant on what material it is made out of. To make the portals, you need the deepslate and normal ore from the material, the correlated block and glass. It is important to use stained glass for Copper and Emerald Portals.
To use a portal, you need Lapis Lazuli. Activating or using the portal requires one Lapis Lazuli Block. If you don't have any, the portals will not work.
Chunks with a Mineral Portal will always be loaded. That might cause lag if there are many portals in the world in different chunks. If the Mineral Portals are destroyed in the chunks, the chunks will not be permanently loaded anymore.

Copper Portals are linked to each other. A portal with, for example, yellow stained glass, will be linked to another one with the same glass color. If you stand on top of a Copper Portal, you will be teleported to the farthest Copper Portal with the same glass color. It costs a Lapis Lazuli Block to activate and use the portal. To use it, stand on top of the portal. Place these blocks on top of each other to make a Copper Portal:

Diamond Portals make you teleport to a random place in a certain range. This range depends on the glass type. Normal glass teleports you between 8 and 16 blocks from the portal. Stained Glass between 240 and 320 blocks and Tinted Glass can teleport you between 3200 and 4800 blocks from the portal. It costs a Lapis Lazuli block to activate and use the portal. Be aware that when activating the portal, you will instantly be teleported away. Place these blocks on top of each other to make a Diamond Portal:

You can, from any place, teleport to an Emerald Portal using a Lapis Lazuli Block and the colour of glass matching the one on the Emerald Portal by throwing these items under your feet. the items will not be used, so you can always go back and get these back. Of course, standing to close to these items will instantly teleport you back. Place these blocks on top of each other to make an Emerald Portal:
