In this datapack, mineral blocks can be used as block bases Blocks that can be used
1. Redstone Block
2. Lapis Block
3. Coal Block
4. Copper Block
5. Quartz Block
6. Amethyst Block

Beacons can now be powered from redstone dust, lapis lazuli, coal, copper ingot, quartz, amethyst shards

no, but u can download the datapack and then extract the zip and then change the pack.mcmeta's pack number to 6 and then it will work for 1.16.5

yes even waxed copper can be used as base block
aged copper - no
the other 3 also no cause they arent the direct block obtained from the mineral
