  • 1 Dropper
  • 1 Item Frame
  • 1 End Crystal
  • 1 Bedrock
Build it in the End in an obsidian pillar to use the bedrock!!!

You can't. You can do it inside of one of the pillars in the end, under the nether roof, or if you find a good spot in the bedrock layer in the overworld. I just made one that might be a bit more challenging.
