This datapack makes use of the new scale attribute added in snapshot 23w51a (and is thus only usable from that version on) to give each mob in the world a slightly different size, reaching from 80% to 120% of the mobs original size!
Config
You can configure the minimum and maximum size mobs can get when spawning in by running /scoreboard players set %min_size mob_variety.config <size> or /scoreboard players set %max_size mob_variety.config <size> to modify these values respectively.
<size> is used as a placeholder for the size (in percent!!) you want the mob to be
After running this you need to run /reload for the changes to apply
DISCLAIMER: While the datapack itself should not have any noticable impact on performance, having too large mobs in your world will, so be careful when messing with values
