More dimensions/Multiverse

adds a few more dimensions, made for vanilla teleporting or for immersive portals stuff. turn your surroundings from a forest to a desert, to the nether, all the way to the void (which for some reason doesn't actually remove all the blocks) all with a pressure plate or a portal.
