I just added 2 effects because I have no ideas!

I am working on a resource pack for this datapack to make it more relistic
This resource pack will replace the offhand item with another item so.....................

i think it need more like when u nausea u will be vomit not need spin because default is enough to make u so dizzy xD or stomachache or cough and very many in the life LOL
